We started off with a tempura assortment of veggies, white fish, and shrimp.
It was crispy, golden perfection. Not too oily, not chewy--just tasty.
J had the sashimi plate.
The pieces of fish they gave him were huge! They were fresh and flavorful.
I had the chirashi--which had large pieces of tamago, sake, and hamachi on a bed of rice.
I also had a side of uni--it was delicate and briny.
